This position focuses on assisting in projects across all departments and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further their interest in the Insurance industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help organize the branded materials for clients, carrier partners and internal staff
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, scan, etc. as needed
- Assist in preparing information and research materials
- Manage databases and input information, data and records
- Research and gather documentation on company position in industry
- Assist in social media strategy
- Assist with the planning and execution of events
- Help design and send out surveys
- Perform job shadows and role interviews as assigned
- Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Accept special assignments as directed by Department Managers
- Work openly and constructively with team members to reinforce the importance of delivering an efficient, effective and high-quality work product
- Represent Christensen Group in the greatest professional and ethical manner possible
Additional Opportunities
Will have the opportunity to participate in and learn about the production side of the business including sales and client meetings, carrier meetings and trainings, etc.
Job requirements
· Currently enrolled or recently graduated college students- required.
· 0 – 3 years of customer service experience (or equivalent).
· Aptitude to learn quickly and efficiently.
· Ability to work in a team setting.
· Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
· Microsoft Office experience (strong math and Excel background).
· Detail-oriented.
· Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work responsibilities.
· Ability to network and grow one’s connections.
· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
· Self-Motivated individual who has an entrepreneurial approach when faced with new tasks and assignments.
