Before joining the insurance industry, Andrew grew up in the small town of Fredericksburg, TX, and attended Texas State University in San Marcos.  At Texas State he earned a double major in Accounting and Management while also working full-time at Lowe’s, gaining valuable leadership experience across multiple roles, eventually serving as an Assistant Store Manager.

After graduating, Andrew began his insurance career in 2010 at Catto & Catto, a leading independent agency in San Antonio. He initially focused on billing, eligibility, and enrollment technology systems, developing a strong technical foundation while learning the fundamentals of the employee benefits industry. After seven years of valuable experience from the service side, he transitioned into sales role, developing relationships and organically growing a large book of business.  After nearly 15 years at Catto & Catto, including through its acquisition, he made the bold decision to join Christensen Group, bringing his experience and client-focused approach to a new chapter in his career.

Outside of work, you can find him enjoying time on the golf course, dove hunting, and bay fishing—activities that keeping him connected to the outdoors and the people he enjoys being around.
