Brittany joined Christensen Group in 2015 and quickly moved up into a Senior Client Advocate role. Her focus on client satisfaction and service recently won her the 2022 National Alliance MN Outstanding CSR of the Year.
Brittany’s primary areas of focus are:
- Product Liability
- Onboarding & Training of Staff
- Charity Council
- Billing Specialist
Prior to joining Christensen Group, Brittany worked for Farmers Insurance with a primary focus in Personal Lines.
Brittany is also passionate about advocacy for the Rare Disease Community and is a Co-Host on Raising Rare Podcast.
