Madelyn Sheets joined Christensen Group in 2023 as the Talent Acquisition and Development Consultant. Prior to joining CG, Madelyn worked as a Lead Corporate Recruiter within the real estate investment and legal industries, specifically supporting recruiting and recruiting strategy for corporate and C-Suite level teams. Madelyn graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Industrial – Organizational Psychology. She also received her Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certification through the University of Minnesota.At CG, Madelyn’s primary areas of focus are:
