Max Wilber joined Christensen Group in 2022 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Alternative Risk. In this role, Max is responsible for overseeing key partnerships and strategies related to third-party administrators, pharmacy benefit managers, stop-loss carriers, and group captive markets. With extensive experience building captive programs from the ground up, he specializes in guiding clients through the transition from fully insured to self-funded arrangements.

Prior to joining Christensen Group, Max consulted on national accounts at a major brokerage firm and sold ancillary products through Delta Dental. His expertise spans a range of products and industries, including:

  • Contractors and Sub-Contractor
  • Franchisee Models
  • Professional Services
  • Self-Funded and Level-Funded Plans
  • Multi-situs Companies

Max graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cardinal Glennon College in St. Louis, Missouri, earning a B.A. in Philosophy.
