CG is proud to announce the winners of the Ardelle Westman Award, a prestigious honor recognizing non-sales employees who go above and beyond in their roles. Named in honor of Ardelle Westman, who dedicated over 30 years of service to Gene Christensen's clients, this award celebrates employees who exemplify our 4 C’s: Clients, Co-workers, Carriers, and Community.

This year's award winners are: 

Barb Michaels, Senior Client Advocate

Barb, based in our Eden Prairie office, has been with CG for over 21 years. She is a compassionate teammate who is actively involved in her church community and the Knights of Columbus of Bloomington. Barb excels in training new employees with a positive attitude and has received praise from clients for her excellent communication skills.

Julie Kack, Senior Marketing Executive

Julie, also from our Eden Prairie office, has been a part of CG for over 14 years. She builds strong carrier relationships through her communication, initiative, and critical thinking. Julie is a dedicated supporter of the Special Olympics and an exceptional professional mentor, handling challenges with grace and composure.

Linda Jackson, Automation and Training Specialist

Linda, based in our Bemidji office, has been with CG for over 9 years. She is the President of the Bemidji First City Lions Club and is deeply involved in community service. Linda maintains unique relationships with our carriers and goes above and beyond in training new employees and managing client accounts, promoting CG culture through her dedication and work ethic. 

Robyn Selby, Employee Benefits Consultant

Robyn, from our Eden Prairie office, has been with CG for over 11 years. She is an exemplary representative of CG with carrier partners and always finds creative solutions for clients, earning recognition from their HR teams and executives. Robyn volunteers at Feed My Starving Children and serves on our Diversity & Inclusion Task Force, demonstrating her commitment to her community and coworkers.
